    How does it work? Harry and Ethel signed a simple contract with the Jewish Community Foundation. In exchange for a gift of cash, the Foundation will pay them a fixed amount for life every year in quarterly installments. The amount of these payments is a percentage of their gift determined by their ages and other factors at the time the gift was established.
